2025 Livestock

We are expecting many miniature calves for 2025, as well as likely 3 horse foals and perhaps a few more donkey foals (fingers crossed). No animal is placed for sale until it is born, deemed healthy, and, for cattle, genetic/chondro test results are received back.

The process for purchasing is as follows:

  • Request a livestock contract be sent by emailing cami.evansacres@gmail.com. Make sure to include the name of the animal. Once sent, you have 48 hours to sign it.

  • Once the contract is signed, a 50% deposit is required within 24 hours to complete the hold process. This can be done via Venmo, PayPal, credit card (with a 3% fee), cash or check.

  • The remaining 50% is due as follows: Cash/credit card - can be paid upon pick up. Venmo or PayPal - must be received 72 hours prior to pick up. Check - must be received 1 week prior to pick up.

We are always happy to send more pictures or videos. FaceTime, Skype or in-person meetings can be made.

No animal will be held based on verbal communication. The 1st person to request a contract to be sent will stay in the 1st position. We will continue with a numbered wait list after that. Numbers will be assigned in order (date/time) of e-mail receipt of request for contract. Should that person fail to meet the required timeline for signing contract and sending deposit, the next person on the wait list will be notified.

DONKEYS

After 6 years of impatient waiting, our donkey breeding program is finally ALMOST where we hope for it to be.  We currently have 7 jennies at or approaching maturity. So check back often or join our Livestock Interest List to be notified when future foals are available.

Since the day she was born, Nelly has been the most delightful little girl. She is bursting with energy and adores affection, love, and being around people. She will trail behind you like a dog. Her parents are both exceptionally gentle and sweet. You can arrange FaceTime/Skype or in-person visits to meet her yourself. However, be warned...you will definitely fall for her. She truly embodies perfection!

Please remember - donkeys are a herd animal and do best with another donkey, but at the very minimum need other hooved farm animals to live with. For the well-being of our animals, we reserve the right to refuse a contract be sent if we don't feel comfortable with placing our animals with you.
